I am passionate about Design.

I recently earned my certificate from Google in UX Design, but I first started thinking like a UX designer when I worked for a mid-sized company in New York City 15+ years ago. Initially, I handled everything design and database management, and, after completing the arts management program at New York University, I switched to managing private art collections before moving to Vietnam.

Soon after our arrival in Saigon, I discovered that working independently and remotely, while managing my own time, was the best solution for me so I started my own business, catering to international and local clients alike, providing web design and digital marketing services. As time passed, I noticed the increased need for “western” UX standards in design (locally) which led me not only to educate clients on best practice in web design, but also to the creation of my very first online course covering how to design a website with WordPress without any tech skills.

Intrigued by the course creation process, I have immediately looked into how I could expand my own knowledge and skills by joining courses covering Instructional Design, Emerging Technology in Education and UX Design to stay current on the latest industry trends and improve my overall course creation process.

Based on my passion for education and technology, I feel like I finally found my sweet spot where I can combine the demand (global/local) for online education and my years of expertise in design & tech to help companies and cultural/educational institutions to create more engaging online programs with rich user experience to increase learning outcomes for all students and staff.
