DESIGN PROJECT ON-BOARDING
Below is a brief outline of the steps to expect while we are working today on your creative project.
1. WEB DESIGN QUESTIONNAIRE + PROPOSAL
Your first step to your new web presence is to answer few questions to dig deeper into what it is that you really want. Once I've reviewed your answers, I'll send you a project proposal & timeline so you can see when your new website could go live.
2. CLARITY CALL + PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The next step will be a strategy call where we can discuss the wants and needs for your project. Please take some time to think about the goals you would like to reach with your new website. In addition, we will email you an invite to join me on Asana.
3. CONTRACT + FIRST PAYMENT
Next up, we'll get the legal stuff (contract and invoice) out of the way. First payment (50% of invoice balance) and signed contract is due at this point to begin the web deign process. Prompt payment is greatly appreciated, and will allow us to stay on track with the proposed project timeline & launch date.
4. PROJECT TIMELINE IN ASANA
From this point on, all necessary tasks will be listed in Asana, and reminders will be sent to your email to avoid delays in the design process. Do not worry, I'll give you a quick intro so you know how to use Asana.
5. CONTENT UPLOAD
Next up it's time to send over your content (text + visuals) for your website. I'll give you instructions on how and what kind of content I'll need to make your website truly YOURS! If we've agreed that I'll take over the content creation, you can now sit back and relax while I'll work the magic.
6. WEBSITE DESIGN + FEEDBACK
By this point, the wire frames and mock-up for your home page for your website will be created, and it's time for you to give me some feedback on the overall direction I'm going. Head over to Asana and leave me your detailed comments.
7. REVISION + FINAL PAYMENT
We're almost done now, your new website is almost ready to be launched! I'll now conduct the final revisions & testing while you'll make the final payment for the web design project. Once full payment is received, your website will be launched.
8. WEBSITE LAUNCH + TRAINING SESSION
Congrats, your brand-new website is live! I know you have waited for so long, and can't wait to explore ... take your time, review all documentation I've included, and schedule your training session approx two-three weeks after official launch!
